  1. You only need to pay Tax legally on cryptocurrency earnings if you cash out to government Fiat, so this reasoning doesn't make sense unless the US is different to the rest of the world.

  2. Everything he is saying is assuming people are classifying this as a currency for tax purposes. It also assumes that everyone in these markets is sophisticated enough to understand they need to pay taxes on this. I think he is right, but not to the extreme he is saying.

  3. CNBC positive on ETH – "not securities"??? there you have it – the strongest evidence that ETH is done. pumped ready for the dump.

  4. Bitcoin had, has and never will have ANY value. One really has to wonder why it takes so long until the house of cards is falling apart.

  5. taxes should be paid only when cashing out but if a user buys using cryptos than the vendor selling and accepting cyptos should charge gst a goods and services tax which is than relayed back to the tax system ,taxing every transaction is an absolute joke and against the very fabric of crypto currencies

  7. i dont get all this tax thing in the us? how would they know how much crypto you have?…you could sell otc and avoid taxes…
